I need a spreader beam that is capable of lifting 660 tons from two lifting points, 14 m apart. So the padeyes lifting the actual 660 ton object are 14 m apart and the padeyes that the slings lift from are also 14 m apart. Sling angle is 30 deg from the vertical.
Ideally, beam should be based on readily available, standard beams.
Hello,
ready to do the job. Also, please clarify the following:
1. Are there any specific requirements (e.g. technological) for maximum deflection?
2. Are there any specific desired material or shape of beam (e.g. grade of steel, parallel or tappered flanges, namely welded or based on standard UK sections etc)
Hi,
My name is Nelson from Indonesia. I am 7 years experienced Structural Engineer. I also registered as Professional Engineer by The Institute of Engineers Indonesia. I have experience on spreader beam design and heavy lifting design. I am interested with your project and hope can join as your team.
Cheers
I will design the beam with the desire FoS .
I will use CAE (Ansys) software.
And since a real practical test is required, I will search for a tested reliable beam with the same specifications (660 ton) or some thing I can compare with.
work will be done PERFECTLY.
hire the best, forget the rest.
I can design this beam and provide u with force in lifting slings, stiffeners etc.
