Access to a data entry tool based on user role. User role is defined as per org hierarchy (4 level).

Data entry can be edited by specific role. data can be viewed by specific role. User role can be (entry, edit, delete and MASTER)

Data entry screen need to be developed as well.

Data summation at different organisation hierarchy (4 level). Summarized data can be further manipulated and saved as a separate version. Additional data can also be input at summary level. Summary can be refereed as combination of organization level and period.

deliverable:

1. Architecture design document to establish data security, robustness open source technology

2. ERD

3. Code handover with proper documentation (30% characters as in line comments)

4. Code deployed to a domain

5. Payment is after code deployed in site
