Although new to Freelancer.com, I have extensive experience in Access, SQL, VBA, and allied technologies. I can see that you already have started designing the Access application yourself. Nice start! Designing tables and relationships is critical in Access as it uses this information at a number of places including forms and reports. So, when you provide a proper Caption to a field when designing the table, Access is going to use the Caption as Label value when you drag corresponding field on to the Form / Report. As another example, if you have properly defined relationships, Access uses them automatically when creating Queries or for the Drop-downs used on Forms.
