Project Analysis CV Forwarding CV forwarding/Upload should be linked to specific vacancies that the job seekers wishes to apply for. Asian Jobsite will not store the job seekers CV in its web server. The CV forwarding button is an optional tool for the job seekers to use in addition to the email form. PDF The current system does not allow any uploading of jobs in a PDF format (job specification). Therefore when we issue a username and password to potential employers we (System Admin) want the option to enable uploading of files in PDF format. The current default is copying and pasting word document file in to the job description fields. HTML Conversion of Flash Map and its Search Result Listing We to convert our Interactive UK Vacancies Map into HTML which is currently done in Flash.. You will also need to display the search result in HTML. The results are presently displayed in Flash format. (The HTML version will mimic our entire Flash Map and its results) Employers Database We want to store every employers details in a separate database. These details are duplicated from the main database (employer who already have advertised with us). The detail should include contact information (e.g Company’s Name, Address, Tel/Fax/ Email.) Our system admin has the option to edit, delete, modify any of the above information. The database is not viewable by anyone other than system admin. Project Outcome upon Completion: 1. Remove the mandatory requirement to use e-mail address to register new employers when issuing them a user account. (The current systems only allows employers to register with us if they have an email address). 2. CV Forwarding 3.
