Hi, There is some negative drafts in part or some tiny feature which is meet accuracy challenge. You can bypass in simple steps. 1. Make outer surface of bottle. 2. Make an assembly of roughly extruded core + cavity and part 3. Active core / cavity in assembly and copy part surface. Then use solidify feature to remove this surface. This procedure can make split mold either have some negative areas or some accuracy errors. If no then send this model in iges or step format And collect mold parts within 30 mints.
