WEB and Mobile (IOS and Android) Warehouse Delivery App

I need a web and a mobile delivery application for a warehouse business, Applications should be native (The only way to accept a Hybrid option will be if you ensure it will work as great as a native one) - Application should have 4 “Interfaces/roles” Admin, Warehouse users, Drivers (delivery person) and Tracking. - Warehouse user should be able to assign single or multiple delivery orders to a driver, by entering: - Order Number - Delivery address - Contact information of the person receiving - Phone number - Name - Special instructions of delivery - Email address - Drivers could be type “Box truck”, “van” or “Motorcycle” - Drivers should see a list of orders to be delivered and should be able to select the next order to be delivered. - Application should help the driver by using a map, could be Google Maps or IOs maps (if there is another option of map impeded which is as good as google maps we are open to use it) - Every time that the drivers delivered an order the application should provide an option to scan or take a picture of one or multiple documents, whatever is scanned or took as a picture should be store as part of the historical data of the order. - Application should provide an option to call to the person we are delivering, this should be through the normal phone not VoIp. - If Phone of the driver run out of battery or Internet, an option to change the status of the orders, and upload documents should be provided when the the phone has battery or Internet connection. - Order should change from status, “on route” will be when the warehouse user assign the order to a driver, “Delivering” Should be use when the driver select an order which will be delivered soon, “Delivered” should be when order was already delivered, “Fail to deliver” should be use if the driver has any issues delivering the order. - Every time that the status is changed to the order, an Email should be sent to the customer’s email (which was entered by the warehouse user when assigning the order to a Driver) - A Tracking only page should be available for customers to enter the order number and fetch the status or the order. - Admin should be able to add drivers to the application and create a login for each of them (Full Name, ID, Brand of vehicle, type of vehicle, plate No. Of vehicle, Phone Number, picture of the driver) and also username and password. - Admin should be able to modify any data like Contact information, status of an order, etc… - Admin should be able to track all drivers in a map (see their live location) and see the status of each of the orders group by driver. - Admin should be able to add multiple warehouse users with login (username and password) * Source code needs to be part of the deliverables * Source code should be well documented * User Manual documentation for each "Interface/Role" will be required * Installation instructions should be required * Support until the application is up and running its needed * Availability for support and Bug/Defect resolution is needed. * Testing documentation should be included, including sign off.
