story generation website with python backend - open to bidding

I'm looking for a python web developer to help me with a seemingly simple script. I'm an extremely new programmer myself so I'm looking to learn from this project as well as be able to extend the program later on as I get more comfortable with things. Comments comments comments, everywhere please. I will hint at what I want, but I am completely open to being flexible to changes that are better or easier to implement. I honesty have never done any python backend to web front end but have played with a bunch of the pieces individually in low capacities. --I am the only one using the program, but I want to make it accessible and used via web browser from anywhere, and somehow password protected so that no one else can use it or have access to the rest of my server. I will eventually want to also convert this into an android application, so just think about either an interface that can be hooked into, or a wrapper around it, or something that can be recreated easily on that platform in the future. --I have a linux godaddy server that I would like to implement this on. Part of this project will be making sure I can get the database, and framework setup properly with your needs in mind. --Basics: I don't reallt want a clone, but see this: [login to view URL] (I belive that most of these templates and choices are hidden but feel free to scrape it if you prefer.) I don't really want a full clone but I want the same thing in a program form for myself that I'll eventually extend into a way that is beneficial for me. It will take a story template and then choose randomly to fill in the parts in order to generate stories. --I want to be able to add all sorts of category items via csv over time. I'm flexible on the database backend, and methods. --I want to be able to add all sorts of new categories and choices over time probably just cia csv but if you have an easier way, let me know. --The database should have a way for me to add fine grained tags to the choices in the future. For example, if the choices are human personalities. Perhaps in the beginning I have words like good, bad, fearful, exuberant, funny, mean. But, in the future I want to add more fine control and break these into being able to tag words that are not only a human personality but into positive and negative human personalities. Then I'll get GOOD: good, exuberant, funny BAD: mean, fearful, bad. --I want to be able to add different story templates over time. Maybe also via csv uploads? --I would like the generated content to be savable. I have no ideas on the best way, simple txt, or something more robust that can save the tags embedded as well, say a JSON, or even just a wordpress database? I want to be able to take the saved generated content and be able to convert it into a few human readable manners. 1) text 2) pdf 3) possibly a proprietary one, but I am having trouble understanding their api so I may just add that later on and 4) web page so I can read it right away when it is generated. --I think that's if for now :) But, definitely ask me questions.
