Mini printing factory manager

So I am starting a 3d printing company and need tailored softwear to help it run smoothly. I want it to be able to able to run on any phone tablet or computer. And can be accessed anywhere. So if I have for example 10 3D printers it needs to manage the jobs happaning at each printer. For current job at each printer : job number; file name; a live stream from a camera facing the printer; duration of print and a timer of how long it has left (manually clicking start when print has started). And then a que at each printer can be added for upcoming prints. With project number as reference. Once print is compleated you will be notified audibly and visually and then able to click done and then the next job in cues details will appear and so on. A record of all prints must be kept. And a summary log of hours printed per day week and month. And once a printer has reached 100hours (if there are prints in the cue which add up to or a bit over 100hours ) a job slot must be inserted for maintenance. At each printers must have the deatails at the top of what type of plastic what clolour it is printed and in each job it must state if it need to change
