We need to build a touch screen, interactive board. There will be objects on the screen that represents individual records which can be moved around on the screen with the touch of your hand. Key functionalities 1) It should be a flat touchscreen (around 46 inches) 2) When a text is needed, a virtual keyboard should appear on the screen. You can also connect an actual keyboard to the screen and type using the keyboard rather than the virtual keyboard 3) Should be able to sign into the program with ID pass 4) Should be able to be connected with another system where it can pull details of patients and put into the zoning board 5) Should be able to save the whole zoning board everyday for audit purposes and be able to retrieve it without disrupting the current one 6) Should be able to save information to the local server 7) Should be able to upgrade the system with new upgrades and still maintain the existing information 8) Should be able to access it remotely 9) Should be able to send emails with alerts and reports
