Write some software for whatsapp

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I have test so many applications to interact with Whatsapp but every time whatsapp blocks my numbers either on Desktop or Web version. This solution have to do this functions :- - bulk the whatsapp messages - checking/filter the registered whatsapp numbers from the file number. - using the new registered whatsapp numbers for sending message from it . - bulk high amount of numbers like 100k or 250k or 500k of messages. - bulk images & video & sound file . - extract reports for whom received the message and who is not and who is opened it and who is not . - I HAVE TESTED SO MANY APPS, IF YOUR APP CAUSES BLOCKING THE NUMBERS I WILL USE THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR APP WILL WORK FLAWLESSLY. These all above functions is very important and we can not miss any functions from it 3 days to finished it from the date of acceptance bidders have to show me a real DEMO and I will TEST it on 20K numbers.
