Hi Tom, I am Martin, Software Engineer, I made a simple application in the past that sends sms from the computer with a cheap gsm device connected through a usb port, for sure I can fit this app to your current requirements; About the mail system I can do that for you but must be done from a VPS connected with multiple email accounts, about the fake emails, would be possible but your mails will be blocked by the email providers such like Gmail or Hotmail, I would like to talk with you about all this project, just contact me.
