Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. I need a photographer booth software that can run on windows operating system. This software needs to have a interface that will allow customers to take a picture then select the picture , then email the picture to themselves. I would also like the software to play animations to attract the customers to the photo booth. I can design the animations , but I need the software to play them. The software will display a 3 second timer when someone takes a picture, then multiple pictures will be taken. I would also like this software to print picture if needed.
