I need you to make and code some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows to be an App that allows you to make games like Adobe Photoshop but for Game Making. There will be Brushes (for Modelling) and Programming (for Sever) and Animation (for animating) and VFX side for the program. eg. you use a brush to paint and model. There will be programming after you code the map to your expertise (add weather effects or daytime) or you can send to progammers within the software to help code it for you.
