I have seen the specification in the attached DOC Tetras 2.0 specification! First of all let me answer your questions: 1. The most usable and proficient languages that I think will be suitable for your software as well are React.Js, Node.Js, Angular.Js and Laravel. 2. For databases the mostly and normally used database is MySQL and the most proficient is MongoDB. 3. I think it will take from 25-30 days which is 200~240 hours of work, if we work for 8 hours everyday. 4. We can only suggest new features upon the redevelopment of the software. Hello, As a full stack developer, I had read your description carefully and I think Google cloud is only efficient method. We can use Google Sheet, And Google app script/Google addons for online operating system database. I assure all members/clients 's google accounts are under your Business G suite. Final result is Software app can be run on Window system. and when online, software will work based on google API to upload data to Google sheet. When offline , app will save data into device in defined XLSX/CSV format which is designed for Google sheet or SalesForce. And App will check if device is online or offline and when online again, it will ask user if start to upload saved data to Google sheet or not. -Answer 1) I will use Node-Electron, because making UI friendly in electron is based on WebGL and it is more effective than other language for UI development . and Node module is powerful enough for all platform integration and all mechanism. 2) I will use Google Sheet as DB and Local CSV. The reason is described above. 3) Estimated time: 8 week, 40 hours per week, 35GBP per hour => total estimated budget 11200GBP 4) If this way is right, we can also implement same logic into mobile version. If my plan is reasonable and as well, when desktop version become successful, I can build mobile version also using React native for IOS and Android. Best Regards
