Read Arduino Read NFC Chips

Hi. I'm attempting to get my NFC chip to read correctly. The NFC chip has an inbuilt temperature sensor, I can successfully read the chip's ID, however I can't get any of the other information from the chip itself. Below is the code which reads the Chip. I'm told that I need to send a RAT code to get a response from the chip.
