I need a Python developer (Raspberry Pi 3B+) to write a simple script to send RS232 Serial commands (containing HEX values) to a USB connected device (virtual serial port 'dev/ttyUSB0') once every hour and then listen to the response from the device, store the data into a database which can be read as a .csv file. Details of the framing and communication commands are included in the attachment as well as an example of the expected data format for the .csv file.
