And that will tell them to input their email and an email should be sent with a new password, updated in the DB with a nice Message. I believe this is a crucial user experience that is needed to help subscribers login to their accounts while receiving customer service from your website to not get discouraged and alert them on actions to take to achieve their goals of logging in. I specialize in AngularJS. To achieve your goals: 1) Use an angular directive to show message when user has clicked on "Forgot Password?" link. 2) Checks the scope or service that contains for their first and last name to use data binding and templating to dynamically fill in First and Last Name Correctly. --if we do not know their first and last name we will default to addressing the user with just the call to action. 3) when user is asked to submit their email, we will use validation to make sure they put in an actual email address, if it isn't an small animation will let the user know they didn't place an email address.
