Hello Freelancers, we are starting a tech support contact center, we need our own software for generating inbound tech support calls such as for Router Installation, Email Issues, Printer Issues, PC Optimization, Antivirus, Firewall, Email/Phone support etc. so we receive calls from clients with pc issues so we can fix it. The development of this technology will require atleast 3 days to 1 week testing before purchasing in full. This software must be able to produce inbound tech support calls from US, Canada and UK to forward to our call center unlimited TFN(which we also need) and to other call centers in other countries. It must also have the options to produce both inbound or outbound leads to sell/forward to other centers. Cheapest bids will be considered only. (NO HIGHER THAN $75 for task) Happy Bidding!!

Hello I may have the solution you are looking for. First I need some clarification questions answered. How many TS agents you will have answering calls simultaneously on the peak hour traffic? You will have a single location where the agents will be? You will be acquiring the software / hardware needed for the contact center? Does your phone provider gives you SIP trunks? or how you plan to connect the contact center to the network?, once I have this information I may be able to assess a proposal for you. This is NOT a bid, I am a first time user (freelancer) of this platform and I need those questions answered before I can place a bid. Take this work as a free of charge pre-work assessment.
