I designed a similar system for a construction company. We can have multiple lora modules with microcontrollers that can capture sensor data and upload all that to a central hub which has a lora reciever. The central reciever can be connected to a cloud server either on mqtt or http depends totally on your requirement. I do have a my own IOT cloud which will help you to things out. I also have code for DMD displays so it might be much easier to interface them. I been working on IOT and embedded system based electronics for quite a while now. Would love to hear back!
