I need a simple YouTube like downloadable application to search and watch videos. It is for a psychology experiment. The application will use small, local databases (around 350 videos in total). The videos themselves won't run locally, but the databases contain information to rank them. However, additional ranking values might require to be calculated with Matlab. That is why understanding of fuzzy logic and/or bio algorithms would be welcomed. I am attaching an example of the interface of what is required. Hope to hear from you soon. *A female POC programmer would be preferred, but I am open to alternatives.
