Install Service Pro-grammatically - C#/Vb.net Coder Needed

Greetings

I need a vb.net coder(C# ok too) , to create a simple project for me

The program will automatically install a service and start it(admin rights , on remote machine)

The service will start internet explorer and do scraping /posting data

the whole process as follows

[login to view URL] runs

[login to view URL] button clicked

[login to view URL] installs automatically

[login to view URL] check for updates too(self updating)

one time project , one hour project
