Data sorting and presenting program that will be connected to multiple Telegram chat bots

Who we are: The PP Network is an organization that connects Instagram users, helps them develop, monetize and grow their profiles. We are based on the platform of the chat application ‘Telegram’. For more information: [login to view URL] What's the project about: We want to create a program that can collect information from Instagram, sort it as appropriate and provide specific output (arrange the data in certain structures that will be explained in advance). We already have the first version of the program created. So far this program is really simple but is currently connected to Instagram so the collection of data from there is already implemented. However, we will be expanding the functionality of this program greatly, connecting it to chat bots and adding many more features to it. The program will be running on a server and will be constantly working. I've attached two text files - the first of them explains how we wanted the initial version of this program to turn out, the second presents what our current software developer created. We want to build upon this first version so going through these two text files is essential before applying for the project. What kind of person we are looking for: We are searching for an experienced software developer that has previously worked on Telegram chat bots and data sorting programs. The person should also be able to connect future functions of the program and the bots to the platform of Instagram - collecting, sorting and presenting information from there.
