Custom Windows Credential Provider

We need a custom credential provider with some specific requirements all them will be explained in the provided document so please read it.

What we want exactly ?

We want to add extra authentication behavior to our cloud desktops and local machines for this purpose we need a credential provider which will allow users to login with local username and password and before Windows logon process end we want to ask user extra authentication methods for example: user typed usernam and password and if these are true open an application or another credential provider depends on how to do it doesn't matter for us . This extra application or CP will show user some authentication methods that user can select and authenticate with. For the begining of the project we want only 1 method please read the document.
