I have lot of experience in developing online shopping sites etc. My main and only skill is C# Desktop and Web using MVC on .NET and developing from more than 6 years. 99% projects on portfolio are in mentioned skill.

How about you build it as a web application so you can access it anywhere with url, login id and password; and you will also delete any chance of loosing your database if something happens to your computer. But well, I have no issues working on windows application as well.
