Greetings, I've read your project description. I can build your own powerful proxy server. I'm very good at making proxy servers. I can also do an automation if you want. I can easily set up username and password to the proxy server and also through automation I can also make the server get the whitelisted IPs from the database and allow them to connect without authentication. If you just change the database info the server whitelist will auto-update. Also I can set the custom port option so you can change the proxy port anytime to any port and also my proxy will work in all kind of protocol (Ex: HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SOCKS4/5 ).
