Digital health: Digital health MVP & Beyond Development Plan: A small clinic that uses inter-relationships of data, external health digital monitoring (mostly surgery and preset norms of outcome measures) to make decisions, and then outputs (plans, monitoring outcomes, progress, info/advise and videos) to clients externally and internally (whilst under our care in clinic) to ensure we always maintain best outcomes for our clients. Data set's and algorithms are not independent, but involve inter-relations. Different stages of functions development. Understanding and experience Medical Electronic Record or Systems databases, data analytics, and Wearable Technologies is an advantage. Job Description (2): - 1. Structural Architect & Part Project Manager (Freelance): Able to understand client needs, and transfer them into tech function solutions. Initially to help plan, and set mock-ups, and then suggest the developers skillsets required also (& help select) and long- term act also as consultant for further changes (few hours a week), or to check the developers. Have basic understanding of the trends in sports & health tech. Experience of development of software that utilises advances in data-analytics, and knows the future direction of this (able to develop with that in mind, not necessarily utilising yet however). Can understand the non-tech language/plan and put them into a tech understanding and language. Able to research for similar solutions from other pre-existing platforms or medical research. Require full commitment initially, and communication daily (as such prefer someone not doing multiple projects at the same time). Good qualifications in computer science, and data analytics. Understand different languages, and can plan the right language. Innovative and problem solving mindset. Able to suggest the codes, skillsets required, and assist with hiring other skillsets, and checking quality. Demonstrated history in doing similar projects over minimum of 5 years. - 2. Software Developers: Multi-skilled developers required for MVP and beyond. Web developers, Full Stack, Front-End, UX/UI. Experienced across a range of technology languages. Good computer skills, and data analytics skills. Good computer science degree. Able to communicate well in English with client in non-tech, and transfer their requirements into tech functions. Able to lead and develop from scratch a digital health monitoring (initially) platform, with other integrated functions. Experience with similar projects. Understanding of Chinese and English is added advantage.
