Basically idea is, The software is having the timer for checking the message return from the api every 1 second, then we got the message from the api we can push to the software with the gridview or showing the popup notification if you like. I suppose it need to build by .Net Winform and Devexpress skin for a beautiful skin. However I need more information about the project!
