I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. We are looking for a C# expert who has significant experience with creating web based SOAP clients and installation packages (InstallShield). They will need to code a running service, that utilizes the GetDataSet() method for the data you wish to retrieve from data from 1 program and use a SOAP POST to the webserver to update the database. The web server will also need to be configured to respond to the SOAP request. There will need to be integrity checking, time scheduling, etc. The end product will need to be packaged into an installer (InstallShield, Wise, etc) that subscribers will need to download and install on their Server.
