Functional features document for Digital asset management

I need a functional document with Features list and plan for giving to a software development team for making a digital asset management web application. Modules have to be clearly defined with functional requirements and workflow for each section right from Authentication to Content ingestion. Please provide url to maybe existing software features or snapshot for dev team to make such application.

ensure you understand that i want a complete funtional document for u to make applciation whcih i can give to developer. so all features need to be there including media library liek you tube, social collaboration, DRM, Encoding facility, approval workflow for loading a cotent etc..

show me major list of modules so i can ask u to add or remove same then u can accept the proposal. pls be clear it has to be a comprehnesive document. i can show u smaple document if u want.
