This is to see if you’re reading this job post in detail and understand the importance of finding a great team member! - **Must be entrepreneurial and understand this is a growth position with a new company* Company Overview: - New to the United States who has a very large presence in Portugal - Mediterranean based diet program that follows 3 steps with clients looking to lose body fat, get healthy, and stay in the healthy lifestyle for the long run - This program is very unique because it is created, designed and implemented by Licensed, Registered Dietitians of the US with its unique 3 step approach - The Dietitians provide customized, hands-on coaching and support for each client to ensure they have the best nutrition plan, best support, and daily accountability to stay on track and get the best health results possible. - We are launching this new program in the United States starting with California with goals to reach the entire United States. - Online marketing and advertising to build the community and culture of the brand will help streamline our growth. - New clients will learn about the program and our dietitians online primarily and proceed to join our programs through the efforts of the sales and marketing team. Objective: - To complete continuous research according to the brand’s specifications to create great social media content - Increase social media followers and fans to all of our social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter - Keyword and hashtag research to drive post engagement - Connect with Influencers that are strategic to brand to increase pages engagement, content, and followers - Organically grow the social pages through other strategies and tactics - Work with the team professionally KPIs for performance: - Follower and fan increases per week | per month - Engagement rates on posts: Likes, Shares, Comments - Most engaged posts on weekly basis with your own analysis Systems: - AlgoraPulse or Hootsuite Social Scheduling Systems - Social Media optimization platforms - Use of Google Sheets aptitude required - Laptop required - Personal email required Currently, total hours per week: 12 hours for now.
