Small Story writing,publishing app with webservices - 17/07/2017 07:00 EDT

We need an App where user can write any type of story category wise,publish,sell it, user can read stories,listen stories (use google TTS) subscription and advertisement option,leader board, view count,comment,vote against story. FB/Gmail Sign in and profile page for users. Detailed screenshots will be provided only after awarding project. I have 2 months time, hence the bid amount should be within 18K max. I will need regular update at least once in every 3 days where you will need to send me the updated apk so show progress. No negotiation on bidding amount,so bid correctly.
