Shopify Website

I have a Shopify website that another company has been working on, but they are unable to finish it. I have an engraving business and there are a lot of options that need to be incoroprated in to personalizing each product we offer. I have about 400 products and each one will need to have blank products uploaded in each color offered for that product for the customer to personalize. The basic structure is somewhat established and the previous designer is willing to help to answer any questions if need be, but there is a lot of data entry left to do. This will take a developer willing to get their head fully into the project, undertand our product offerings and what is needed for each and someone who doesn't just want to "design" but is willing to do the laborious data entry work for each product which requires looking up each product by SKU in the vendor online catalog and setting up the listing to offer the correct colors and options for that product. Thankfully the vendors have great resources and once your head is in it, it isn't as overwhelming as it appears at first. I really need someone who is VERY EXPERIENCED in setting up PRODUCT VISUALIZERS and understands the scope of the project going in. Some products will not have usable images in which case there is a template that can be uploaded instead that can outline the personalization area the customer can design. I really want to get this done, so it will take someone really diving in and making my products their world for awhile. The front end has not been touched by the previous designer and will need some redesigning to meet the aesthetics of what I am after. What has been done so so with the options- (the options have been created but not designated to the products yet): Each listing will have an upload file button if the customer would like to upload their own logo or artwork. Each listing will have the ability to create as many text boxes as the customer wants and scale the text to the space provided for personalization as well as pick their font. Each listing will have monogram options if the customer would like to choose from a handful of monogram styles. Each listing will have color, size, set and accessory options if aplicable. Each listing will have a clipart library button they can select and they can browse to choose clipart to incoprorate into their design by category- Animals, Nautical, Anniversary, Birthday etc. (I have begun the process of uploading that artwork to fill out the clip art library). The structure is pretty much there, but there needs to be time spent in understanding our products and what options and accessories each product has available to it. Each listing will have the ability to add on extra accessories if applicable. For example, if the customer is buying a cup, they can easily add a set of stainless steel straws to their order and it is suggested at the bottom of the listing or built into the offerings of that listing. I would also be willing to consider starting from scratch and have a website custom built. My objective is to be able to sell on Shopify and other platforms like Amazon as well as drive traffic to my own website directly. I am open to thoughts and suggestions. I'd like to keep my budget between $2-$4K and have it completed as soon as possible.
