Hello, I think you want to migrate from on prem exchange 2007 to office 365, Along with setting up SharePoint and OneDrive to the users. Once the tenant is setup and licensing is done we can easily migrate the emails to office 365. There are limitations to the mailbox size depending on what user licenses you opted for. You should also decide if the users will be completely cloud-only or a hybrid scenario. I am an experienced office 365 migration expert. Should be able to completely strategize this migration and complete it successfully.
