Brief from Granada Home Improvements My website needs a full review, checking things like meta tags, backlinks and all the other required components that Google uses to index the site. Any issues need to be resolved and implemented. I am looking at doing regular changes to the website keeping it fresh, new contact, blog including updating pictures and videos as required. I require someone with vision who can help come up with design changes and to help evolve the website. You would need to manage Google analytics on our website and advise on any changes that will increase the time spend on the website and increase conversions. I would also like to get up the natural listings for keywords such as Home Extensions Warrington, Garage Conversions Warrington, Loft Conversions Warrington etc. I understand this won’t be immediate but I would like a projection of how long this may take. I would like you to review keywords which will bring in the most traffic, best conversions for the services that we provide which are: Home Extensions, Loft Conversions and Garage Conversions. We currently run a google adware campaign which again I require a specialist to manage and to make sure that our conversions are good and we are not wasting money on negative keywords. There will be many tweaks needed I am sure to increase are conversions rate. I would like you to manage my social media, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin etc as well as YouTube. You would need to design fresh ads and manage these ads so we get a positive return. I really need someone who can think outside of the box and can bring fresh ideas and energy into our online marketing. We are a prestige builder based in Manchester UK.
