Assignment Details.
We’re going to simulate a kick off call. You are the AE for SEP and Andrew & Jasmine are the client.
This is the info provided. Please create a Kick Off deck and present as if you were in an actual kick off call with the client. Andrew and Jasmine will participate as the clients.
The objective of the meeting:
Introduce the SEP Team
Identify Stakeholders (Client Side)
Confirm Scope
Learn More About the Client (Goals, Competitors, Past Efforts etc.)

Meeting Details:
You have a new client – Nike. They have signed on for SEO $7,000.00 per month and Paid Search $30,000.00 Media and $5,000.00 Management. We have a one-time build fee of $7,500.00 for new Google Ads Campaigns.
Project timelines:
SEO – Month One = Keyword Research (completed within 2 weeks) + Technical Audit (completed at month end). Month Two = On-Page SEO for 25 Pages. Month Three = Schema Fitting + 10 links. Strategy is re-set each quarter by Pam.
Paid Search – Campaign Build = 3 Weeks Production (SEP) and 1 Week Review/Edits (Client + SEP)
Management = Ongoing once campaigns are approved.
The team consists of:
You – Account Executive (working with the client to ensure we meet/exceed their expectations)
Jocelyn – Account Director (in charge of the client services team including the AM and CM)
Ray – Project Manager (Your primary point of contact. Ensuring the project runs well and according to plan)
Pam – SEO Strategist (In charge of SEO strategy, overseeing the SEO production team)
Lorraine – Senior Campaign Manager (running Paid Search strategy and campaigns in platform)
Reporting = Dashboard, Monthly Report and Quarterly Business Review
Meetings = Weekly for the first month. Bi-weekly after that. Quarterly Business Reviews.
This is not a test of your digital knowledge. We will not have enough time to do a full “Learn About the Client). Please ask a couple of key questions and then provide a list of other questions you would like to ask the client. Again this is a simulated kick off call so please make as realistic as you can.
It is best to prepare a PowerPoint deck to stay on track. You will not be evaluated based on design, but we would like to see a logical deck build
