Drive traffic to my ecommerce site

I am basically looking for an SEO expert that's been proven to successfully drive traffic to an eCommerce site which resulted in conversion or sales. I am not sure how this will work as far as how many hours per day. But I would think that 2 hours per day suffice to direct traffic to my Amazon and Etsy listings. I have yet to get substantial sales. As a result, my listings on Amazon do not have the "Buy Box" option, hence, I cannot do amazon advertising to these listings. Once I consistently sell my items, Amazon will then open the buy box for me and I can start doing Amazon ads. Until then, I will need an SEO expert to drive organic traffic to my Amazon (and Etsy) listings for 2 hours/day. Screenshots of work activities must be submitted daily to me so I'll know that this person is really doing 2-hour work/day. I used a free app to record my instructions to VAs. My budget for this job is $4.00/hour until 12/24/2017 when Christmas shopping seasons end. Possible long-term work and to be rehired for the next projects are a big possibility (judging that the freelancer does an excellent and satisfactory job). I am planning to scale up my eCommerce business next year and beyond.
