EXPERIENCED E LEARNING INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER REQUIRED TO CRITICALLY REVIEW & IMPROVE EXISTING COURSES IN PP SLIDES TO CREATE WEB & MOBILE RESPONSIVE E LEARNING MODULES Consultant specializing in training, auditing ,mentoring ,and consulting in ISO management systems is interested in hiring an e- learning course designer specializing in adult learning to upgrade existing power point presentations into highly interactive learning designs for desktop, mobile devices and LMS in English . Freelancer should ideally have significant experience in instructional design principles , theories,standards and frameworks to be able to critically review existing presentations and make recommendations for solid improvements that can improve facilitator/ user experience. Freelancer should possess mastery of English Language both verbally and in writing and be flexible and open to negotiating reasonable and realistic costing in the light of economic downturn globally. They will be required to interact with web- designer /platform developer and other technical experts to quality assure & control , create, pilot/test, modify and launch a well developed , highly competitive , creative , immersive, holistic experience to a diverse adult learner population (from elementary school leavers , technical , high school to masters levels of education ) in varied industrial sectors globally , some of whom are at varying levels of literacy. This project consist app. 25 -40 presentations with each program consisting over 100 slides with additional presentations /services being developed on an ongoing basis. As a minimum, the existing aggregate pp slides should be separated into user levels e.g 1 -5 for different levels of learners to complete progressively. Hello there; I'm a professional management consultant with much experience in the compliance field (including ISO management systems) and instructional design. In fact, I used to be the academy manager of the world's leading certification body "SGS". I revised the above requirements and I have come to the following statements: - I've direct experience with the ISO compliance field - I'm perfectly aware if the adult learning methodology and accelerated learning techniques. - I run a management consulting company and therefore I've access to graphics and web designers who can assist me with such requests if needed. - I'm practically aware of the blended learning techniques. This would allow me to suggest alternatives to support the basic learning of learners; not only e-learning channel. - I'm currently using iSpring Suite in my e-learning course development. I don't mind using Articulate or Captivate when necessarily demanded. This depends on the project requirements. - I'm aware of the different LMS available and their relative pros and cons. Having said so, I'm not currently able to provide an evidence of previous work, because I've recently shifted my production to e-learning authoring tools to respond to increasing global demand. To counteract this missed requirement, I'd suggest preparing a free small module or topic of a module i.e. Auditor skills, so that I could be able to prove my capabilities. P.S. I could provide many evidence of F2F course developments.
