ITSCargo ([login to view URL]) specialises in LTL (less than truck load) door to door road transportation from China to Europe. We are looking to understand better European market by assessing current demand for our service with distributors, warehouses, online /offline wholesalers. Your role would be to: - call potential customer from a database we would provide - get hold of a decision maker - engage in needs understanding conversation (are they currently importing from China? If yes, how happy they are with their current transportation arrangements? If no, why is that? - present our offer - briefly explain that we are an alternative to congested rail transportation and costly air freight. - if customer asks for price / or you may also offer to prepare a quote, you may do so on the spot and also should follow up with email providing further details. - if customer decides to order, you then gather all needed data and send it to our back office for further processing.
