Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA. I have many years of customer service experience. I have decent English and communication skills. I am very flexible in my work hours. I am available as per US time zones. My IT skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available.
