Fruit juices and other liquid foods constitute an important source of bioactive compounds. However, the techniques used for their processing may cause alterations in their contents, and consequently they do not provide the benefits expected by the consumer. This fact has led to the increasing use of NON THERMAL processing technologies, such as pulsed electric field (PEF), which have been developed over recent decades as alternative technologies to thermal pasteurization of liquid foods. We need small scale Pef machine / Systems , starting from 50 l/h. The unit should has a power delivery of 5 kW and can be used from 50 – 150 l/h. ( approx). We would like to invite individual or Company that got knowledge about this Technology and willing to design, develop, Test and build the machine/System. The freelancer should be able to communicate with other party ( such as Tech provider, researcher (University), or any other party related to this projects . Kindly advise us with your opinion regarding this projects. Thank You.

Hi Madame/Sir, I have examined your offer and I feel happy because I am already working on Pulsed Electric Fields Systems. It is also my thesis project for my master program. I have been working on Pulsed Electric Fields systems almost 1 year and I have read almost 50-60 articles which are written by researchers all around the world. I know which generator, which antennas and which switches should be used. These systems have also very special designs because creating a pulse is not easy. I am already researching, designing, producing and testing this system. The delivery time can be discussed because I have never tested PEF on vegetables/fruits but I have an article which is about this subject at my desktop. I have saved it before seen this offer and it is very nice coincidence for me. It will be very exciting research area for me if I could get the job.
