BVCA concerned homeowner call to attention

I am a candidate for re-election to a HOA Board. I'm running with 2 other individuals trying to get a majority vote to promote improvement and change. We need to get homeowner involvement to vote for us, defeat 2 two other candidates. One is a recalled Board President who has served for over 20 years before being recalled. The other is a present Board President who has been appointed by an archaic Board majority of like mind and who has never been elected by the homeowners. I, on the other hand, have been elected by the homeowners in two previous elections. I need help in effective writing to quelch the opposition. This must be done by direct mailing as too many homeowners have opted out of e-mail but a mailing list can't be denied us. I would like to see the slate of 3 being elected but we must get at least 2 of us in for the majority vote. The recalled candidate must be defeated.
