Hi, I have a rough, simple, small, building design done in SketchUp. I'd like it converted to Revit and placed on the proposed site plan. The building footprint is approximately 9x13m (120sqm). I have a set of surface points of the site produced by a surveyor. I have the title site measurements. In Revit, there are some known products and materials which need to be applied to the design. The Revit file needs to be produced to meet Australian standards with regards to dimensions etc with the base Revit Australian construction template. The site will require excavation so this will need to be shown on the plans. Some details such as concrete slab dimensions and steel dimensions will need to be estimated pending engineer's designs. This would include an external steel staircase. This plan will be the basis of a town planning proposal and will be handed over to a licensed architect and drafts person in Australia for final completion. Any questions, let me know.
