I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - in my portfolio, you may see some very small 3d printed parts - 0.75mm diameter... 2 - what type of padlock do you need? the most common is the one with 5 deadbolts 3 - the issue with 3d printing is the materials which have a high friction coefficient, so will be necessary to print the parts in high definition acrylate, but this is not so resistant (is quite friable actually...) 4 - do you need the design (3d model for each part - ready for prototyping/3d printing) or just the printing services?...
