Hi we are back! We posted this project before then realized we may need to make a lot of changes. Now we are sure of what we need :) We need a 3D model of the attached diagram. This is for a press mold to create a plastic game tray to hold game components: see attached sample images. Instructions: All corners need to be slightly rounded. This type of press mold comes down from above and presses into hot plastic so there are no ultra-hard edges. That being said the diagram identifies cutouts that need to be particularly rounded to make it easier to pull out playing pieces and components. Note that on hot press molds the file has to all be "one direction". There cannot be any "under hangs". It has to be one sloping form that can push in and pull back out; that is why everything needs to be slightly rounded and sloped downwards.
