We are in the process of building a house in HBR Layout, Bangalore. The building has: 3 floor of 2 bedroom apartments for rentals. All the apartments are mirror images of each other 4th floor of 3 bedroom apartment for personal use The block work and civil work has been completed. I am looking for someone to complete the following: Using a CAD/CAM design software to render 2D and 3D images Give approximate design for Kitchens, Bedrooms, Living room, Bathroom etc. Give approximate locations of fans, lights, switches etc. I do not expect the person to be an interior designer or decorator. The designs are pretty much fixed, I need 3D rendering using Free available open source software
