Hi!

We are a small mechanical engineering company in the Netherland, Devoteq. Check our website: www.devoteq.com.

Last year we moved to our new office. We are very happy with the new place. But the interior and the decoration deserve attention. We would like to upgrade our office to a nice workplace with an industrial look. A place where people want to be and feel like home.

We are looking for someone who can help us with a beautiful layout (renders) of our office building. So that we can make our office based on your renders.

Can you help us by making the following things:

- An industrial design by 3D renders , you’re free to do what you want!

- Change at least the following wall colors:

o The green and brown wall in the conference room;

o The brown wall in the entrance;

o All other wall color changes are welcome;

- Can you also make an alternative arrangement with the desks? We have 6. Can you also make an arrangement with 8 desks as an alternative?

- Do you have an advice for a correct light color in the workspace? (the color should be a bit warm but not too warm);

- We like green plants;

Already planned (other suggestions are welcome :) ):

- Paint the supports below our desk black;

- Paint the chest of drawers below our desk black;

- Paint the window frame between our office and confernce room black;

- Paint all planters black;

Attached the following files:

­- Pictures + map of our current office;

­- Pictures of other offices we really like!;

­- SolidWorks 3d model you can use and change;

­- STEP file 3d model you can use and change;

In the 3d files, not everything is included (ceiling etc.). We have downloaded some standard parts, if you have some alternatives you're free to change!
