Design a Housing Estate - Using architectural plans that need alterations

I’m looking to place houses on the estate in the immage attached. I need to do either detached or semidetached houses, depending on plot positionand size (4 bedrooms each). All houses must look similar. Together with top of the roof, they cannot be any higher than 12m. The attached images could be something that might be acceptable, maybe slightly larger rooms towards the back garden. In the narrow lots we can place a model that has 1 room in the loft and in the slightly large ones we can have the room over the garage and leave the loft empty. What I need from you is to have a house that you think would fit into the plots, being semi-detached, garages to be on the size of the building. For the single isolated plots or for the odd ones, detached houses would be needed. You would need to alter the house plans provided to fit these requirments. So, I would need to see various house models, with details at least like the ones in the pictures, plus sizes of the house, rooms, floor, heights, for detached as well as for semidetached ones. I would also need to see what they look like (the outline) placed on each plot. Once all this is done, you'll need to make a video with all details like in a virtual world. A 3D virtual video of one of the houses as well as of the estate would be necessary. I need to be able to navigate through the video on the streets and in front of each house as well as rear garden. Please provide specific details of how are you going to achieve the completion of my project. A personalised sample would be requried before awarding the job.
