All you have to do is a old style crank put the cylinder inside turn the crank it will squeeze it every pass. You could do also the old cork that when you turn the handle it will go in and out so it stops at a certain pressure. If you want it operated from other places just attach a rotator from a old fan. If you can find a manufacturer or 3d printer probably will cost 3-50 cents per unit. Enjoy.
