BONUS: If I'll be extremely satisfied with the work I will pay a bonus up to €250. I need someone (preferably a professional architect) to make a sketch of a Floor Plan per my specifications. Optional sketch of the building (mansion) from outside (front, rear, side) is an additional bonus. ***Attachments: -Text file with list of room per each level -Floor Plan that should be used ONLY as a guide (this floor plan is (far) too big). -Two pictures of the outside of the building (mansion) to give you an idea of the style of the building (mansion). -picture of library (sample) to be used as a guide ***IMPORTANT NOTES: -building (mansion) should be as symmetrical as possible (especially from the outside) -building should be as small as possible (under 450m2, ideally 300m2 or even less - excluding basement)
