Automated Message Generator Engine

We have a client with a platform that serves messages to customers through an app related to home We have a client with a platform that serves messages to customers through an app related to home maintenance. These messages are filtered through a set of criteria. This ‘engine’ will automate and refine the filtering criteria by seeking a ‘best match’ between buildings/users and sets of message templates. It will accept some attributes of a building, and the users in that building, run through available templates, and select the best template based on a best-match of weighted variables. It will then pass back that information to our messaging system, which will fill details into the template and send the message to the user(s). This solution will use a container technology (docker to be loaded into AWS ECS Tasks) that will be fed inputs from AWS SQS and output results via AWS SQS. The solution can use AWS Elasticache (redis) if needed for shared data between containers or data that might be used between sessions and must be able to scale to handle millions of input items using multiple containers. The containers will run Node JS and interface with AWS DynamoDb to get settings needed to perform matching. ****** We are posting a more detailed brief with this overview.
